  • How many items can I buy in one purchase?
    Orders are NOT limited per person. You can buy as much as you want.

 

  • Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
    No account setup necessary

 

  • Do you ever do giveaways?
    Yes, we run official giveaways on bettzabeauty.com and on Bettza Beauty social channels (@Bettzabeauty).

 

  • Do you offer discounts and promotion?
    Yes from time to time we offer discounts and promotions. We will be posting on social channels for updates.

 

  • Can I change my order once I've placed it?'
    It depends. Once an order is placed, we are able to make an adjustment to the order before the order is processed. Once the order is processed, we are unable to make any changes.

 

  • Do you offer returns?
    Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We want to keep our products affordable for everyone, and this helps us do that! In the unlikely event that any item in a customer's order is missing, incorrect, or damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@bettzabeauty.com. Thank you for your understanding. 

 

  • Do you ever offer Free Shipping?

      Free-shipping over $100.00 orders for domestic destinations only. Time to time Bettza Beauty will have a promotion            for free shipping with coupon code required or without a coupon code.  

 

  • What method is used for shipping?
    All packages are shipped via USPS.

 

  • Where can I track my orders?

  • I placed an order. When will my package arrive?

     The processing time for orders is 3-7 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days, and         15-20 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may       vary. Bettza Beauty is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences,       transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra       fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States. Packages un-deliverable by USPS             and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping       hub. Thank you for your patience.

 

  • I am an international customer (outside USA.) Do I have to pay customs and taxes?

     All packages are shipped via USPS. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes           and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Bettza         Beauty. Please contacts your county custom office to determine if any extra fees apply.
